Create Art Packaging
A&P Unico is a professional designer and manufacturer of cosmetic packaging. Founded by Georges Huynh in 1987, A&P is renowned for its product portfolio of more than 400 standard items including compacts, lipstick, lip gloss, mascara, jar, bottles, etc. A&P also specializes in innovative finishing solutions, such as digital & 3D printing, metallizing, and spraying, providing decorative designs for custom containers.
A&P offers customers the capability to consider new product ideas by providing initial sketched concepts, high-resolution 2-dimensional drawings and accurate 3-dimensional functional models, ensuring the suitability of any new product design.
We believe that quality mold is a key factor to create excellent components. Therefore, our in-house mold engineers have an average of 10-year experience in this field, ensuring an exemplary and cost effective approach to tooling development.
A&P’s manufacturing processes include injection molding (IM) and extrusion blow molding (EBM). Secondary processing capability includes Vacuum Metallizing, Spraying, Epoxy, Hot Stamping, Silk Screen Printing, and in-house mirror cutting.
Qualified by ISO 22716 and GMPC, A&P uses high-end, selected ingredients in its formulations and implements advanced production processes, guaranteeing an outcome that meets clients’ expectations. This service is available for Color Cosmetics.

New Standard Product
We are happy to introduce you our two latest square pots, Item#: 0884 and 0885. Belong to our “Chunky Crystal” family, these two pots have bases made from ‘glass-like’ AS/PMMA, to replicate the premium qualities of glass and offer no risk of glass breakage.
#0884 Cubic Jar 10ML (Overflow Capacity 13.3mL)
This pot seals in moisture with a double protective layer of inner jar and cover disc, great for eye shadow/eyeliner/ skincare cream or concealer. This stylish jar provides options of semi-clear, tinted or opaque inner jar and cover disc. Inner spray on the outer clear jar is also available.
#0885 Brick Jar 5ML (Overflow Capacity 7.6mL)
This thick walled pot looks ultra-modern with its architectural and square-edged design. Similar to #0884, #0885 Brick Jar has a cover disc to keep moisture inside the jar. The cap, cover disc, and jar can be colored or external labeled according to customers’ specific brand requirements.

New Standard Product
We are excited to announce A&P’s latest bottle series: Chunky Crystal! Made from ‘glass-like’ AS/PMMA, these two bottles not only look luxurious but also offer no risk of glass breakage. They are great for liquid foundation and skincare products with the option of clear, tinted or opaque inner bottles.
We have 2 choices of cap: short (Item #: W016) and long (Item #: W017). Client may choose to match with the 30mL bottle that has a neck diameter of 18mm.
We also offer a wide range of collars and actuators to suit client’s every need! Custom colors and aluminum finish are available.
The cap, inner bottle and outer bottle can carry printed logo or graphic. Engraved logo or decoration is also available for private mold.

Decoration Innovation
We are excited to announce A&P´s new decoration technology: Digital & 3D Printing！Client may print any graphic on packaging to create more personalized and trendy looks.
Using digital file, an image is sent to the printer directly to ink-print an identical photo on packaging. The to-be-printed surface may be cylindrical, spherical, concave or convex.
Our technology also offers the option of printing graphic in three dimensions, creating convex logo or pattern without developing molds. The highest level it can achieve is 5mm.
With the help of this printing technology, customers may add graphic designs without concerning the MOQ for each graphic, allowing fast turnaround times and printing on demand.

Packaging Material Innovation
We are pleased to share with you our latest packaging concept "Glow in the Dark" ! Now, ladies can easily find their make up in bags at night without lights.
Thanks to the help of our latest fluorescent technology, neon glowing packaging is now available for customers to choose. Customers may select any of our standard packaging in any neon color they prefer. To create a unique packaging finish, customers may also apply soft touch or UV coating on the neon packaging, without changing its glowing effect.

A New Product Range
The ´Frame Me´ range is a contemporary, square, high quality compact ideally suited for molding in opaque materials and transparent for window. The design was created by A&P´s internal design team to provide customers with a range of product possibilities from three size variants. This simple, classic and elegant design is complimented by the use of robust materials and A&P´s unique hinge/closing system.
Thisproduct range includes: Pressed Powder Compact, Quad Compact, Single Medium Compact, and Single Mini Compact. These compacts can also match with our sharp edge items such asfoundation stick F005, lip-gloss M232, lipstick 1107 and1117.

A&P offers customers new product ideas by providing initial sketched drawings, high-resolution 2-D images and accurate 3-D functional models, ensuring the suitability of any new product design.
This service is supported by our in house tool making, color matching, finishing and decorating facilities, all of which can be used to provide early samples for line trials, consumer tests and marketing/brand approval.
A&P offers a 3D CAD based design program, which is linked to an in-house prototype modeling facility. This capability is complemented by an in-house mold making facility that can provide samples in less than 7 days from design approval.
After confirming product design, creating molds and tooling is the following step. Our in-house technicians plan and apply each process with great experience, ensuring molds are well crafted from quality metals, to achieve an aesthetic product appeal. Mold maintenance is also being applied periodically to make sure each tooling is ready for injection production anytime.
Injection Molding (IM) & Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM).
With unique development over the years, A&P has cutting-edge capabilities in injection and assembly, delivering optimal combinations of multi-component assembly. Customers' expectations are achieved, through flexible, efficient production management.
Metallizing
A&P’s knowledge and experience of vacuum metallizing is extensive, offering customers the possibility to dramatically enhance the value of the products. When used in conjunction with our UV spray lacquering facility, an almost endless range of colors and appearances can be applied to components, such as: gold, silver, copper, bronze, gun metal.Our air controlled production workshop ensures that customers receive optimum product quality, performance and competitive economics.
Spraying
A&P’s spray lacquering facility allows customers to customize, enhance and protect container surface. An endless range of colors and appearances can be achieved through our spray lacquering technology, including solid and translucent colors, metallic, pearl, and shimmering. Surface textures, ranging from gloss, matt, sateen and Soft Touch can be achieved through this innovative process.
Printing
A&P offers customers an extensive range of printing possibilities, including linear and rotary Hot Stamping, Silk Screen Printing and Heat Transfer Printing. Inks and hot stamping foils are available in a wide range of colors and finishes. Recently, A&P innovates 3D printing, ink-printing endless colors at the same time to create 3-dimension effect. This new technology allows customers to maximize graphic design numbers without concerning MOQ for each graphic.
With evolving formulation processes, A&P creates pressed powders that offer groundbreaking performances for true skin finishes on face and strong appearances on eyes. Multi-color designs and 3D surface of pressed powder is available as customers desire. Customers may choose our standard formula or let us sample match their ideal formulation.
